Welcome to my wonderful blog! I’m Charles Altares and I am fifteen-year-old teenage boy, a high school student. I would describe myself as a simple person with a big heart. I am a good-listener, god-fearing, and a kind person. I have a big and loving family. I love reading stories in Wattpad and listening to musics.. I believe that everything you do, you need to put God first. And I also believe that “The darker the night, the brighter the stars shine.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Pledge Of Loyalty
This last grading, I literally showed my emotions to my teachers specially in TLE. I already did my best and satisfied myself. Learning lessons with unity and cooperation with my classmates is the best. I know that I had shared my ideas to my colleagues, and I am I hoping that when we became professionals , they will always remember my good dids to them, even to my teachers. I know that even my teachers learned something good from me, and may these lessons can change a life.♥

ISNHS Foundation Day
A wide variety of health benefits are associated with the curvy yellow fruit. Bananas are high in potassium and pectin, a form of fiber, said Laura Flores, a San Diego-based nutritionist. They can also be a good way to get magnesium and vitamins C and B6.
Bananas are one of the world's most appealing fruits. Global banana exports reached about 18 million tons in 2015, according to the United Nations. About half of them went to the United States and the European market. In the United States, each person eats 11.4 lbs. of bananas per year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, making it Americans' favorite fresh fruit.
"Bananas are known to reduce swelling, protect against developing Type 2 diabetes, aid in weight loss, strengthen the nervous system and help with production of white blood cells, all due to the high level of vitamin B6 that bananas contain," Flores told Live Science.
"Bananas are high in antioxidants, which can provide protection from free radicals, which we come into contact with every day, from the sunlight to the lotion you put on your skin," Flores added.

Kannawidan: Ilocano Culture
Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Ben who had a wonderful heart. He is the son of Maria and Juan. Ben’s a kind and helpful young lad who was nurtured well by his parents who have good hearts as well.
One day, Ben saw a very old beggar and he took pity on him. So, Ben decided to invite the old beggar into their humble home and he cooked food and fed the old beggar until he could not eat anymore. Ben was not a rich boy but that did not stop him from helping this old beggar by serving him with the type of food that Ben’s family could only afford. After a sumptuous meal, the beggar thanked the young lad and bade him farewell.
On another day, while Ben was looking for fire woods, he passed by an old man who was also very hungry. Ben took pity on him once more and without a doubt in his mind, he invited the old man back to their home and gave him food and some clothes that his father does not use anymore. Ben’s parents were happy that they have a son who has a heart of gold like Ben.
Unfortunately, the time came that Ben suddenly got very ill. His parents were troubled and didn’t know what to do. But despite that, they persisted to have their son treated but to no avail, Ben died. His parents mourned over the loss of their only son. The next day, after Ben’s death, a beautiful fairy came to Ben’s wake and talked to his parents. She asked them to give her Ben’s heart. They agreed and gave it to her. The fairy then flew away and in a mountain, she dug and buried Ben’s dead heart. It then turned into a fruit-bearing tree whose fruits were in the shape of a heart and whose taste was so sweet. People were amazed upon discovering this new type of fruit and when they tasted it they were happy as it’s the sweetest fruit they have ever tasted.

If You Change Yourself, You Can Change Your Life
Life is about constant, predictable patterns of change, and
the only constant factor will be our feelings and attitudes toward life. We as
human beings have the power of attitude and that attitude determines choice,
and choice determines results. All that
we are and all that we can become has indeed been left to us to decide and
interpret through our attitude and choices.
Start at the end. What’s your wildest dream? Maybe it’s not as
crazy as colonizing Mars, but it should feel like a stretch. Start there and
work backward. Identify 10 steps to get from that big goal to where you are
now. Reach out. Pride comet before the fall. No matter how sharp
or talented you are, there’s a good chance you would be even better with help.
If you’re dealing with tough circumstances, ask for a favor. Look inward. If your current situation has you frustrated and
craving new surroundings, take a thorough personal inventory before making any
change. Are things really that bad, or is your attitude the problem? Pursue passion. If your day-to-day doesn’t revolve around
projects you’re truly passionate about, take a step back and outline activities
that do align with your strongest feelings. Eat with info. Food companies can be pretty tricky when hiding
unhealthy ingredients. Your vitality is crucial to your success. Pay extra
attention to what you’re putting into your body. Open up. When dealing with large scale change, the tendency
can be to resist. Relax, and open yourself to the possibilities. When journalism, write down three best-case outcomes of the new change. Let go. Holding onto past disappointments and heartache
doesn’t serve you now. This weekend, resolve to revisit places and things
you’ve avoided to protect your emotions. Lean into the future. Talk it out.
Our relationships define us. Friendships, family ties and bonds with romantic
partners are our greatest source of happiness. If any of yours are lapsing, be
the bigger person and start a dialogue immediately. Play backup. In team environments, everyone has a role to
play, but that doesn’t preclude you from supporting others. Learn about someone
else’s job to see how you might help and foster greater cooperation. Make today the day. If you desire something greater for
yourself, don’t put off your plans to change until some later date. Tonight,
sketch out your new daily disciplines, and start living by them right away.

NEW YEAR, NEW ME♥
Many Filipino people unite on New Year’s Eve, which is on
December 31, to celebrate a midnight meal known as the Media Noche. It is
also common to stay awake to greet the coming of the New Year. New Year’s Day
is also characterized by Filipinos by lighting firecrackers and making a lot of noise
to drive away evil spirits.

The elderly encourage children to jump at the stroke of
midnight so that they would grow up tall. Many people display 12 circular
fruits and wear clothing with polka dots to symbolize money. It is also popular
practice to open all the doors and windows at the stroke of midnight to let in
the good luck. Many Filipino families also read the Christian bible and attend
a church midnight mass.
